❓ Carnival FAQ

Is the carnival good for all ages?
Yes! It’s perfect for kids aged 2–11 (and fun for grown-ups too!)
VIP Wristband Food Service:
VIP wristband holders will be served from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Meal-only service is from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Why is the package purchase deadline Sunday, April 6th at 11:59 PM?
We need to provide our vendors with accurate counts for games, prizes, rides, experiences, food, and beverages.
Will carnival t-shirts be available for sale at the event?
No, t-shirts must be pre-ordered. If there’s additional interest, we may reopen orders, but delivery by the carnival isn’t guaranteed. Individual shirts will be $20 each due to the lack of bulk pricing.
Can I purchase individual meal tickets?
Yes, individual meal tickets are $5 and include a meal and drink (no dessert). Meal-only service is from 6:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Will vendors accept walk-up purchases?
Yes, vendors will accept card payments for individual purchases starting at 7:00 PM, subject to availability.
What are carnival tickets used for?
Tickets are required for certain experiences:
• Photo Button Booth: 2 tickets
• Balloon Artists: 2 tickets
• Face Painting: 2 tickets
• Wild Hair Table (braids, tinsel, temporary color): 2 tickets
• Glow Shop: 2 tickets per item
• Candy Shop: 1 ticket per item
• Popcorn: 1 ticket
